Right of return (right of withdrawal)

At SKD Fashion Revolution, we are convinced of the high quality of our products and value informed purchasing decisions. Therefore, we hope that returns will not be necessary. If you are still not completely satisfied , you, as a consumer, are of course entitled to the statutory right of withdrawal explained below. (Different regulations apply to businesses ; see below.)

• Right of withdrawal for consumers: Consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason (withdrawal). The withdrawal period shall be fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the last item of your order.
• Exercising the right of withdrawal: To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (SKD Fashion Revolution eU, Handelskai 94–96, 1200 Vienna, email: info@skd.cat) of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unambiguous declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You can use the model withdrawal form we provide on our website for this purpose, but this is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period . You will then receive confirmation of the withdrawal from us by email.
• Consequences of cancellation: If you cancel the contract, we will refund all payments that we have received from you - including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) - promptly and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received your cancellation notice. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; you will not be charged any fees for this refund. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have dispatched the goods - whichever is earlier. You must return or hand over the goods to us promptly and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you notified us of the cancellation. This deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period. You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise.
• Exclusion of the right of withdrawal: The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for specific goods and services. • No right of withdrawal for entrepreneurs: The right of withdrawal according to the above provisions applies only to consumers , not to entrepreneurs within the meaning of Section 1 of the Consumer Protection Act (KSchG). Customers who purchase as a business (B2B) are not granted a voluntary right of withdrawal or return.
