Right of return (right of withdrawal)

At SKD Fashion Revolution, we are convinced of the high quality of our products and value informed purchasing decisions. Therefore, we hope that returns will not be necessary. If you are still not completely satisfied , you, as a consumer, are of course entitled to the statutory right of withdrawal explained below. (Different regulations apply to businesses ; see below.)

• Right of withdrawal for consumers: Consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason (withdrawal). The withdrawal period shall be fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the last item of your order.

You will then receive confirmation of the withdrawal from us by email.
• Consequences of cancellation: If you cancel the contract, we will refund all payments that we have received from you - including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) - promptly and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received your cancellation notice.
